Semiconductor-Grade Cleanliness
Our cleanroom facilities in Singapore support the stringent cleanliness requirements of the semiconductor and life science industries. Parts are cleaned, inspected, and packed in controlled environments to prevent contamination.
We perform OEM-specified UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) critical cleaning processes, followed by leak-proof testing and UV backlight inspection to verify cleanliness to the required standard.
Post-cleaning, parts are oven-baked to remove residual moisture, then vacuum-packed in our cleanroom for shipment. This end-to-end process ensures parts arrive at your facility ready for installation.
