Surface Treatment
Anodizing, chromate, passivation, blueing, phosphating, selective nickel brush plating, sandblasting, spray painting, and powder coating.
Complete Surface Engineering Under One Roof
Aluputer started as a surface treatment specialist for the HDD industry in the 1980s. Today, our surface engineering capabilities serve semiconductor, medical, and industrial customers who demand precision finishes and consistent quality.
We manage the full process in-house — from pre-treatment preparation through to final inspection — reducing lead times and ensuring full traceability. Typical turnaround for surface treatment is 3–7 working days.
Anodizing
Clear, hard, and black anodizing for aluminium components. Provides corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic finish.
Chromate Conversion
Chemical film coating for corrosion protection on aluminium and zinc alloys. MIL-DTL-5541 compliant.
Passivation
Nitric or citric acid passivation for stainless steel parts. Removes free iron and enhances corrosion resistance.
Blueing & Phosphating
Black oxide (blueing) and phosphate coatings for ferrous metals. Provides mild corrosion protection and improved appearance.
Selective Nickel Brush Plating
Localised nickel plating for repair, build-up, or enhanced wear resistance on specific areas without masking the entire part.
Sandblasting
Surface preparation and finishing using controlled abrasive media. Achieves uniform texture and improves coating adhesion.
Spray Painting
Industrial spray painting with primer and topcoat systems. Colour matching to RAL, Pantone, or customer specifications.
Powder Coating
Electrostatic powder coating for durable, uniform, and environmentally friendly finishes on metal components.
